“Hamilton Café” opened in November, 2004, and has quickly become a favorite in the community.
The owner is Zoran Matulic, previous General Manager of Tarragon Restaurant in Sunnyvale, for the past 5 years. “Zoran Matulic, one of the most highly regarded manager-maitre’d, who has worked at, Tadich Grill, Vanessi’s, Postrio, Donatello, and Coconut Grove …”said Michael Bauer, Food Editor SF Chronicle on July 6th, 1998.
As a former owner of Oberon “…Zoran is a consummate host…” Mr. Bauer said on June 2nd 1999.
The chef, Ivo Stipinovich, brings with him more than 15 years of experience, catering for corporate and private clients on the Peninsula and Silicon Valley and known for his innovative “daily specials” and wide range of risotto offerings.
The Hamilton Café is offers light continental breakfast, lunch and dinner, as well as Saturday and Sunday Brunch. The menu is Mediterranean and Southern European, featuring fresh fish, meat and pasta dishes, as well as, some of Oberon‘s specials like their famous Rack of Lamb...
